Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha and Transfer to Tarangire National Park
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Tarangire National Park. After checking into your lodge or camp, embark on an afternoon game drive. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds and baobab trees. Enjoy dinner at your accommodation and rest up for the days ahead.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Spend a full day exploring Tarangire. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives to spot diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and various bird species. Take in the unique landscapes of Tarangire, characterized by its seasonal swamps and dense vegetation. Return to your lodge or camp for relaxation and dinner.

Day 3: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
Depart early from Tarangire and head towards the Serengeti National Park. The drive will offer stunning views as you transition from the dense bushland of Tarangire to the vast plains of the Serengeti. Arrive at your Serengeti accommodation by afternoon and take a late afternoon game drive to start your exploration of the park’s rich wildlife.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Serengeti, known for its incredible wildlife and the Great Migration (if traveling during the migration period). Witness the dramatic scenes of predators and prey, and explore the park’s varied landscapes. Return to your lodge or camp for meals and relaxation.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, you’ll enjoy scenic views and perhaps some wildlife sightings. Arrive at your accommodation on the Crater rim in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure, taking in the panoramic views of the crater.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game viewing. The crater floor is home to a diverse range of wildlife including black rhinos, lions, and wildebeests. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before continuing your exploration. Return to your lodge or camp on the Crater rim for dinner and relaxation.

Day 7: Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara and Departure
Depart Ngorongoro and head to Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a morning game drive to see the park’s unique tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. After lunch, transfer back to Arusha for your flight home or to your next destination.
